• You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.

4. Product Listings and Pricing

• Product specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

• All prices are exclusive of GST and shipping, unless stated otherwise.

• Pack-Tamam reserves the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors even after an order has been placed.

5. Orders and Payments

• Orders placed through the Platform are binding once confirmed.

• Payments can be made via approved payment gateways or as per agreed credit terms.

• Pack-Tamam reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in case of payment failure, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on supplier location, logistics constraints, or external factors.

• Title and risk of goods pass to the buyer upon delivery.

• Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events shall not constitute breach of contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Pack-Tamam — including product images, text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the Platform content without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pack-Tamam acts as a facilitator between buyers and verified suppliers. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform or supplied goods.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Valsad, Gujarat.
